It was a super spontaneous conversation, but Dan sat down with his buddy Ed, who is toeing the line of the #40ish life at the tender age of 36-year old. In the brief chat, Dan learned about how Ed has achieved some pretty sweet personal growth and what caused him to start working on himself at a pretty young age.
